
Balance
To follow the path of personal development and healing, it’s important to search for the cause or core of the problem, by working on balance for both body and soul.
For this I use acupuncture.
Acupuncture is an ancient method in which you can perceive the balance in your energy distribution by feeling your pulse. You can influence this by triggering certain pressure points. In acupuncture it’a about a dynamic balance between Yin and Yang. If you have physical or mental health problems, then this can be coherent to a disbalance that you have continued for too long. It can also be the result of a yet unprocessed traumatic experience.
Acupuncture is for me not only a way to give you an idea about how certain issues will have come to light, but also to treat these more effective and by doing so, opening a path to self healing.
